  • Conducting a ‘day in the life’ with sales executives to observe their sales process, customer engagement, attend & observe customer meetings & interactions, identifying strengths, challenges and opportunities.
  • Conducting 1:1 interviews with sales leaders and key internal stakeholders, to understand key measures of success, challenges and opportunities.
  • Conducting approved 1:1 interviews with selected customers, to gain a clear understanding of how they view your organisation and the key representatives, including, but not limited to a detailed S.W.O.T. analysis.
  • Creation of a Sales Blueprint to identify special development opportunities, as well as key criteria for sales success.
